Service Description

In this class, we'll cover the basics of caring for your sourdough starter, and walk through the process of mixing, rising, and baking a simple round boule. I'll show you how to modify the loaf with variations, and you'll get to take home your own mixed dough to finish rising and baking at home. You'll also get your own healthy sourdough starter, as well as printed directions and recipes for everything covered in class.
