ABOUT THE WORKSHOPS

Most workshops take place on Saturdays at 10 a.m. and last for 2-3 hours. You'll receive hands-on instruction, tasting opportunities, printed directions and recipes, and your own healthy sourdough starter!

If this is your first class or you need a refresher on caring for your sourdough starter, let me know and we can meet 30 minutes before the workshop at no extra cost. 

Homemade Bread

WHAT WILL WE MAKE?

What we bake in each class will vary. It may be anything from focaccia, baguettes, classic boules, sourdough crackers, bagels, and more! The course description will tell you about the class you book
